By joining and/or participating on this page, you understand, affirm, and agree to the following:
(a) you are engaging in the purchase of a firearm within a pay-to-play model
(b) you are 21 years of age or older
(c) you are a legal citizen of the United States
(d) your legal residential address is located within the United States
(e) you are eligible to purchase a firearm, in accordance to current Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, Explosives (BATFE) regulations/oversight, as well as any laws governed by your State, City, and municipality within the United States
(f) your participation is voluntary
(g) you will be required to complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check before the item you purchase is released to you
(h) if you fail to pass a NICS background check, the item will not be released to you in accordance to the laws and regulations enforced by BATFE and unwavering and strictly observed by MTF
(i) items will only be shipped to a verified active FFL per BATFE regulations
(j) you can choose to pick up from MTF, by appointment only

These rules and regulations are designed to ensure that the game is conducted fairly and transparently.
1. Eligibility: These games are open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and agree to the Terms & Conditions. MTF employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. Entry: To enter a game, subscribers must make a payment of the specified amount to the designated account listed for each game. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to review the available payment methods for each game, as it may change. The subscriber’s memo in any pay app for the payment should NOT contain any references to firearms, guns, or related terms, including emojis. Subscribers should review and be familiar with the context, in its entirety, for any posted game before commenting and submitting payment.
3. Entry Fee: The entry fee will be clearly stated in each posted game. The entry fee MUST be paid in full to be eligible for entry.
4. Game Period: The game period will be clearly specified by MTF within each individual post. Entries received before or after a specified game period will not be accepted. ‘Game Period’ is defined as the time the game is uploaded (i.e., posted) until the game is determined, by MTF, to be full or closed.
5. Prizes: The prizes for games will include firearms, gun accessories (such as scopes, ammunition, etc.), or other related items as specified within each game. All prizes are factory new items.
6. Drawing: The drawing for each game will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner. All drawings will be broadcast live on the game page. The video will be subsequently uploaded and accessible to view by all subscribers. The date, time, and location of the live drawing will be communicated within the video. The drawing will be conducted using a random number generator/spinner or other fair and unbiased method to select the winner(s).
7. Winner Notification: The winner(s) of the game will be posted and tagged along with the posted video. Winner(s) will also be notified within a reasonable time after the drawing via a PM. If a winner cannot be reached within 24 hours or does not meet the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Winner Verification: ALL winners will be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility to claim their prize. This may include a government-issued photo ID and any other documentation required by law. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Winners will be required to complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check before the item purchased is released. If the winner fails to pass a NICS background check, the item will not be released to you in accordance with the laws and regulations enforced by BATFE and unwavering and strictly observed by MTF. Items will only be shipped to a verified active FFL per BATFE regulations. The winner(s) can choose to pick up from MTF, by appointment only. All game purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.
9. Transfer of Firearms: If the prize includes firearms, winners must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the transfer of firearms. This may include passing a background check and complying with any waiting periods or other requirements. The transfer of firearms will be facilitated through a licensed firearms dealer in accordance with all applicable laws.
10. Taxes and Fees: Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or other costs associated with claiming their prize. This may include sales tax, transfer fees for firearms, or other charges as required by law.
11. Release of Liability: By entering a game, subscribers agree to release and hold harmless the organizers, their officers, directors, employees, and agents from all liability associated with your purchase, including any injuries, losses, or damages related to the use or misuse of any prizes.
12. Compliance with Laws: All aspects of the game, including the promotion, operation, and awarding of prizes, will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
13. Modification or Cancellation: The game organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel a game at their discretion. In the event of a modification or cancellation, all eligible participants will be refunded their entry fees.
14. Publicity: By entering a game, subscribers agree to allow the game organizers to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
15. Disputes: Any disputes arising from a game should be brought to the attention of MTF for resolution.
16. Chatroom/Comments Section: These are general guidelines for chatting in our chatroom and comment section. This is to ensure that everyone has a positive and enjoyable experience. Please familiarize yourself with these guidelines and always follow them.
17. Be Respectful: While this page permits the articulation of opinions and ideas, we ask that you please be polite, not use hateful or offensive language directed toward anyone, and not harass or bully others.
18. Keep Personal Information Private: Be careful not to share personal information such as your address, phone number, or other sensitive information in the chatroom.
19. Be Mindful of Others’ Time: Don’t monopolize the conversation or send excessively long messages that could be overwhelming for subscribers.
20. No Spamming. No Phishing. No Doxing: This applies to all aspects of the MTF webpage, not only the Chatroom/Comments Section.
21. Have Fun: Our chatroom is designed as a place for subscribers to come together and connect with others that share our firearms gaming experience.
22. No Promoting: Self-promoting and/or promoting other companies and/or any external linking in the Chatroom and/or Comments Sections is prohibited without the expressed written consent of MTF.
Subscribers agree to abide by these rules and regulations and any decisions made by the game organizers.
ANY violation of these rules may result in disqualification from the game and the revocation of subscription.
The ‘game’ operating rules and regulations for each game will be made available to all subscribers within the posted game.
Subscribers should review the ‘game’ operating rules and regulations carefully before entering a game.
